Overview

Midwest Land & Transport builds and runs transportation demand management (TDM) programs: the mix of commuter benefits, vanpool and rideshare, transit partnerships, parking and curbside strategy, flexible-schedule policy, and first and last mile service that moves a workforce without defaulting to a car for every trip. We bring the operating discipline of large-scale logistics together with the public-sector stewardship that mobility programs require.

Shuttles are one tool in that toolkit, and we design and procure them when the numbers support it. The practice starts further upstream, with how to move people most reliably and affordably given the site, the shifts, and the budget. Whether you're writing an employer TDM plan, reducing single-occupancy trips to a hospital or campus, standing up commuter benefits, or rethinking a shuttle program that has outgrown its cost model, we structure the strategy, the operation, the procurement, and the cost model so it can run, scale, and be defended.
